Look closely. We have two little birds living on our back porch. Every night for several weeks they've been huddling together on top of this pillar. Unfortunately, they also "mark their territory" on our patio table and chairs. We also have a bird nest on the front of our house. The baby birds and their mom just recently left the nest for good.

Believe it or not, this is the best picture we took of Kevin and Cameron on their first day of school. Cam is in 1st grade and Kevin is in 4th.

Cade update

It's becoming obvious that we take more pictures of Cade than we do with the other boys. Of course, several of these pictures were taken while Kevin and Cameron were up in Chama riding the train (with Pa and Tootie) without us.

Kevin's Birthday and other photos

Kevin celebrated his 9th birthday this weekend (7/21) by inviting a few friends over for a sleepover. They wanted to sleep on the trampoline but the weather prevented that. Instead they stayed up late and played HARD all weekend. Kevin was wiped out by Saturday night.

4th of July

We had a great 4th of July this year even though our night time fireworks show was cut short due to nasty weather. The boys weren't too happy about it, but most of our fireworks had to wait until the 5th. Here are the pictures we took over the last few days.

We were so caught up in watching Kevin and Cameron set off the smokeballs, we didn't realize how tired Cade had become. He finally plopped down in the shade on the driveway and made
